1. Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled and refunded only if delivery has not yet started.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. If an order is completed differently from what is stated in the service description, a possible refund may be assessed.
2. Service delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the platform and the package selected. Delays may occur due to technical or platform-related factors.
3. Non-refundable situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- An incorrect link provided by the customer
- Changes to the account during delivery
- Breach of the platform's rules
- Orders that have already been completed
4. Partial refunds
If an order cannot be completed in full, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Unauthorized refund requests or unjustified disputes may result in permanent suspension of access to our services.
