• Delivery may begin immediately after payment is confirmed
• Once processing has started, the service is considered to be in performance
• Due to the digital nature of the services, transactions may not be reversible once started

2. Eligibility and Authorization

By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are the authorized holder of the payment method used
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You are not using a stolen, unauthorized or third-party payment method

We reserve the right to request identity verification if fraud is suspected.

3. Prohibition of Unauthorized Payment Claims

By completing the purchase process, you expressly confirm that:

• You recognize the charge on your bank statement
• You authorize CanadaFollowers to process the transaction
• You will not file a dispute for unauthorized payment, fraud or service not received without first contacting support

Filing a fraudulent dispute constitutes:

• A material breach of contract
• Fraudulent payment activity
• Grounds for permanent suspension of service

We reserve the right to submit IP logs, timestamps, proof of service delivery and communication history to finby, our payment processor, or the issuing bank in the event of a dispute.

4. Strict No-Chargeback Policy

If a chargeback or dispute is initiated:

• Your account will be suspended immediately
• Delivered services may be reversed or removed
• You may be permanently blocked
• The disputed amount plus administrative fees may be claimed

You agree that failing to contact support before filing a dispute constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final due to the digital and irreversible nature of our services.

No refunds will be granted for:

• Change of mind
• Account suspensions or blocks on the platform
• Perceived decreases in followers, likes or views
• Not having read the service description
• Changes to account privacy
• Username changes during active orders

If a technical failure attributable solely to our system occurs and the service is not delivered at all, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Redeliver the service, or
• Issue internal credit

Refunds, if approved, are not guaranteed in monetary form and may be issued as internal balance.

CanadaFollowers is not affiliated in any way with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok or ByteDance.

You acknowledge that:

• You use our services at your own risk
• Platforms may suspend or restrict accounts
• We are not responsible for blocks, restrictions, content removal or policy enforcement
• You are solely responsible for complying with each platform's Terms

7. Service Limitations and No Warranties

We do not guarantee:

• Exact numerical delivery
• Permanent retention of followers, likes or views
• Continuous, uninterrupted service
• Business results or income

Metrics may vary due to algorithms and external factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the law of the State of Delaware, CanadaFollowers shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Account suspensions
• Loss of reputation

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CanadaFollowers and its operators from any claim, damage, loss or legal expense arising from:

• Misuse of the services
• Violations of platform policies
• Fraudulent disputes
• Improper commercial use of social metrics

10. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware.

You agree that:

• You waive the right to a jury trial
• You waive the right to participate in class actions
• Claims must be brought individually

Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Governing Law
